Impossible to connect with human via app - still pending response from provider for 2 weeks related to medication. Very frustrating- do not recommend
After having wonderful care for years with Circle, I was forced to switch providers with them. My provider still has not sent my prescription (as promised) to the pharmacy from my appt on 6/27, and today is 7/8. He responds to no one, is basically impossible to reach, and it’s been almost 2 weeks since he said he was going to send over my prescription. not sure what everyones talking about but I've been using circle medical for gender affirming care and they've been great, only problem is my doctor suddenly was out of network and I had to switch, but with my insurance its really cheap
While I love the platform and the attentivness of the providers I have worked with through this app, the app itself and all its support features are absolute garbage. I paid money to speak to my provider and had them send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my scripts, they let me know they no longer accept Telehealth scripts for controlled substances - fair enough, not anyone's fault.
