My appoint was at 8am with Dr. Oyetokunbo- Lbidapo-Obe this morning its 821am and still no one. If I cancel I get charged 50.00 there is no way to connect with a live person or even text for that matter. I would stay clear of this company. I will probably have to dispute credit card charge for service not rendered. Buyer Beware!!!!!
Overly complicated and bureaucratic process. I’ve spent hours requesting and gathering all of my medical history they requested, had to do an annual physical because they required it- everything in my physical looked fine and yet they continue to ask for more medical history documentation in order to prescribe me a medication I’ve been taking for years. This team originally diagnosed me with adhd. They are the ones who originally prescribed me adderall. Now tell me why, a few years later, when I don’t have an established PCP after moving, I make another appointment for a bridge Rx- on the same other medications I was before, and al of a sudden they “don’t feel comfortable” prescribing that medication. Well, none of the pharmacies that they have listed under their site actually accept the prescriptions from this Circle Med. So I paid for my consultations, then when I went to get my RX, Tom Thumb pharmacy denied it. Same for Walmart. These are pharmacies that are on their site and where the doctors send the prescriptions. Then you can't get a hold of anyone to help you with this! My doctor probably has no idea this is happening. I waited for 50 mins for Dr. Sharma to join. I used the message support chat and they never responded so I called only to find out that Dr. Sharma never joined any of her other appointments. I cancelled my appointment and I’m not using this company again. Total waste of time and a scam
