They were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the nursery is organized and immaculate! The plants are so well taken care of. It's a joy to shop there!
Horrible customer service! Rude, Short answers by the older lady working in the office. Is that how you talk to all your potential customers? Holy crap! Will never get our business!
First time visiting and was extremely impressed with the great quality plants as well as the exceptional customer service. I bought 2 trees and told the lady I was working with about future plans for changing up landscaping. She was very helpful in pointing out aspects I would never have thought of but would make or break a DIY project. If you're looking for a nursery with great value for money and knowledgeable helpful staff this is your best bet.
I have been going to Circle M for over 30 years. They have never let me down! Any question or concern that I have, they have answered. They stand. Behind all of their plants, trees and shrubs. Sometimes I go just to walk around and enjoy the plants, even then I am met with a smile and a friendly hello. I just love this place!!
