Service Dept. not up to snuff..not truthful. – When you make an apointment for service to them thats only a drop off day. It DOES NOT mean your RV/Trailer will be looked at anytime soon. I dropped off my T-Trailer 1 week ago (wed) for De-winterization, LP system check & wheel pack...all very routine services. I was told when I made the apointment 2/3 days.
