They steal your money by way of car wash. “Only the manager can help” is what they’re trained to say. While true, it gives little explanation as why, when we paid for two car washes and didn’t get them and likely won’t get them since their wash is out of service 362 days out of the year. So they get to keep out $32 until the manager or a manager decides to show up and reactive your code for the wash.
