Went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat is not tightened, which is very dangerous and there are species merit all over the floor that looks like it has been there for a long time. I told the lady working at the desk who didn’t seem to understand or have any interest in resolving the issue. I explained that it’s someone falls off the toilet seat they could get badly injured and suggesting to close it or tighten it. Doesn’t look like they intend to do anything about it

The tim hortons inside is incredibly racist. I sat in front of the line for a good 5-7 mins, some of the staff even made eye contact with me as i tried to speak up, no saying hold on or wait, nothing. But the second I leave a person of color walks up and is served immediately.
If you’re planning to get a car wash from here just go somewhere els, takes forever. You will be sitting for 20 minutes
