Left all the soap on my car. I went in the get a refund and the grouchy old white man at the counter wouldn't give me one. He told me he'd give me another wash, I agreed if he thought it'd work (I’m not an arguer) Morning after and my car is covered in spots. Wasted $11 and I didn't even bother going back in after the second time because very frankly the way that man addresses people made me uncomfortable.
