The guy at the store was incredibly rude and racist. I moved from a different state and wanted to get my car washed. The state I moved from usually there is someone directing you into the car wash and your car is in neutral. This one here had a different mechanism so I wanted to know how to go about it. The guy at the store started yelling at me, shouting 'you are a grown man you don't know how to run a car wash'. It was a pretty painful exerience. Works great, but I’d say 5-10 days a month it’ll be out of order - same with the airport one but a little less so. I usually call the store to double check if I’m just going for a wash, which hopefully makes them get on the service guys to restock soap faster if it’s out
