I use this store often and usually have a pleasant experience. I have had short friendly conversations with just about all of the cashiers. However, an elderly woman has recently started working there and has changed my mind. The first experience I had she approached me with a nasty attitude and raised voice wanting to know what I HAD DONE WRONG when their self checkout machine wasn’t working. This location is set up & managed horribly. It is located at a very busy intersection, at a prime location where it is the first gas station inside Tallahassee city limits coming in to the city from the north on Thomasville Rd, and near a Target and other shopping centers. The checkout counter is set up where staff does not have a clear direct site of all the pumps.
