How do you get harassed at self checkout? For the cashier to come and tell me several times to pay for my fountain waters Isn’t okay. The first time I told her that’s fine I’ll pay for it. Then for her to say it two additional times is unacceptable. My dollars will be spent elsewhere. Livid.
Terrible customer service.
I’m extremely disappointed at the service or lack of service I received today from my neighborhood gas station. My children shop there daily, so does my husband and my mother in law. In my 40+ years as a brown person, you hear the stories but when it (harassment) actually happens it’s next level. I’m upset at the fact that my family alone has spent over $1200 dollars at this location since May (I got the statements to prove it).
