This place is a hellhole. Kathy is the worst. Please for the love of everything do not live here please it has roaches bedbugs ants, etc. Kathy said there weren’t infestations but she lied. She treated me like absolute crap. When I went to get laundry coins she made me take every last quarter out of my ziplock bag only to tell me with a massive attitude. “We don’t accept coins.” This place has an entire story of problems most of them being the hygiene and absolute disrespect. I’ve been very impressed with this community and especially the management team. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Any questions or requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property. The grounds are always clean, the amenities are well-kept, and everything feels thoughtfully managed. It’s refreshing to see a team that combines great customer service with excellent care for the community. Highly recommend!
