Start to finish was a great experience. My daughter had a fall at school with concern of a break. Went straight here and the moment I walked in, reception immediately called us over to help. She was lovely and was warm and comforting. Less than 5 mins before being called back. The nurse Renee was so incredibly kind and attentive to a very nervous kiddo in a lot of pain. Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had with overall caring staff , and the doctor was awesome. They got me in quick and out with just what I needed for help. Thank you again to all staff at this place ! The low ratings is crazy !
I was very dehydrated by the time I arrived here, other than taking vitals & speaking with a very experienced general practitioner who advised me to check myself into an er, which was the right thing for me to do. The customer service and certified nurse rolled me to my car. First class operation and exceptional staff.
I have been to Circle Health Urgent Care 2 times in the past month for a terrible poison ivy rash that wouldn't quit. I was crying during my visit because I was not feeling well, and I am not an easy patient. During my 2nd visit in, I was seen by the NP Dawn. She was so kind, patient, and funny - and she gave me so much time and attention to ensure she was addressing all my symptoms.
