The WORST urgent care I’ve ever been to. Was swabbed for Covid flu and strep. Took them an hour to see 2 patients before me. I finally walked out and said please have the provider call me with the results. I was told by “well it’s gonna take over an hour to be seen”. Oh and I actually have your results now. (Once I finally say the wait is ridiculous)???? The staff is rude. The provider takes his sweet time and is in no rush. The place was empty. Waiting room empty. The male phlebotomist with a rose tattoo on his right hand needs to be fired. He is so rough on purpose. My arm is in so much pain and I continued to bleed for a long time which never happens. Normally when I peel the Band-Aid off it has a tiny speck of blood, this time the pad was completely filled with blood. I think he knows what he's supposed to be doing but he hurts people on purpose. Reminds me of Dr. Death except as a phlebotomist
Horrible. Diagnosed and treated for a tick borne illness 3 months ago at Winchester ER. Was told if the symptoms come back, go get seen and tested again. This clown show of a place. First the “nurse” that took my vitals was a condescending know it all. Told me flat out this wasn’t a tick borne illness. Talked over me, and got the notes all wrong. Attributed knuckle pain in several knuckles to “lifting heavy weights.” And the circular rash to “ring worm.” Low and behold, I DO have a current tick borne illness. This place is h... read more
I’m not usually one to write negative reviews at all. Even though I’ve dealt with rude staff before, I usually just let things go — so you know it has to be bad. But when you’re really sick with a fever and in pain, being treated with unnecessary hostility is upsetting — especially from Physician Assistant Charles, who was extremely unprofessional and confrontational when I asked simple questions nicely.
