I’m not usually one to write negative reviews at all. Even though I’ve dealt with rude staff before, I usually just let things go — so you know it has to be bad. But when you’re really sick with a fever and in pain, being treated with unnecessary hostility is upsetting — especially from Physician Assistant Charles, who was extremely unprofessional and confrontational when I asked simple questions nicely. Staff are just disappointingly rude, it’s sad especially when you’re just trying to seek some medical help. Please do not waste time or money here.
Recently had surgery and came here to get my incision checked for an infection. Was told by my doctor to go to ER or Urgent Care, so incision could be examined in person. I got attitude from the receptionist just from explaining why I was there. Overall I just felt like I have given a hard time. Idk if she was having a bad day but made me not want to come back.
