I never have any issues, but wanted to let people know they open at 8 but won't answer calls til 8:30
I went here when I found out I was pregnant with my son back in fall of 2020. Remained a patient throughout my pregnancy and delivered my son in summer of 2021. Overall, I enjoyed my visits with all the Dr's and NPs. But I was also very naive in what I should have researched for my prenatal care and delivery. Had a terrible experience with Judy the receptionist on the phone. She should absolutely not be interacting with patients. Accused me of lying for my reasoning behind cancelling an appointment over a year ago. I really hope that the practice manager takes these complaints seriously.
I’m honestly still in shock at the way I was treated and I still don’t know where it came from or why. But this evening I went into the dracut office and was greeted kindly by the receptionist and I explained to her I was there to have my disability forms signed and finalized as I’ve been trying to communicate via my chart but haven’t had any luck with a response (not at all surprised as I’ve had a huge issue with communication on multiple occasions but try to give them the benefit of the doubt due to being over booked) but ... read more
