Staff are just disappointingly rude, it’s sad especially when you’re just trying to seek some medical help. Please do not waste time or money here.
I’m not usually one to write negative reviews at all. Even though I’ve dealt with rude staff before, I usually just let things go — so you know it has to be bad. But when you’re really sick with a fever and in pain, being treated with unnecessary hostility is upsetting — especially from Physician Assistant Charles, who was extremely unprofessional and confrontational when I asked simple questions nicely. My daughter was so sick , everyone start to finish were amazing all the staff. I would highly recommend them , my daughter called them her angels they don’t open until 730 tho online it says 7 they might want to update that
Although wait times can be long, the care that was delivered was excellent, from the front staff in admitting, to Janelle the radiology tech, to the physician assistant who saw me. All amazing.
