The lady, Phyllis, who 'runs' this place is ridiculous. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I lived here for a year and always paid rent on time, and still she was petty and threw fits like a toddler. Brought an AC unit, but it didn't make a difference because the building's windows are horrible. There were cockroaches in the basement and hallways and they get into the apartments however they can.
So unprofessional and just plan rude and disrespectful I strongly advise anyone to avoid and signing any lease agreements with these two individuals!!!! Slum lord
