Not happy with this company. Emailed pictures of replacement rocker switches front back and harness assembly. Parts department said they had the switches and quoted a price for the complete cluster of switches for my tractor based on the pictures that i supplied. The cluster of switches finally arrived and they are the wrong switches. I sent a couple of follow up emails with the previous pictures and more pictures also requesting a return authorization number. Please accept our apologies! We shipped the OEM switches that are specified by the parts book, however Mr W******* has an atypical switch. We reviewed the photos emailed to us but did not notice the differences in the switches. We did not respond immediately to the email requesting a return authorization because it was sent over the weekend when we were closed. A return authorization has now been emailed.
