Horrible I had the carpet on my stairs replaced. The worker was late, unprepared because Kevin did not communicate with him what I wanted. He cut the carpet too short so the stairs can be seen along the sides and at the top. It was so bad I had to stop payment on the check. I waited for a phone call but I got a text message from the owner instead threatening to take me to court. I sent him a picture and gave him the opportunity to come fix it..
