It use to be alright 10-15 years ago when it was Greater Niles, but often times I’d go only to find out their hours weren’t what was listed online. A few times I could understand. Maybe I just missed holiday hours or whatever. Only my wife looked it up multiple times to find out their listed hours never matched when they should have been open. Carrie Parritt, The manager was awesome! She fixed mistakes that were totally my fault. She was being very professional even though I was using a crappy tone with her. Very nice and professional that's why I've used this Credit Union for over 30 years now and she reminded me why!
Just having a mortgage with them will open you up to have a bunch of scammy 3rd party solicitations contact you to make you think there is a problem with your mortgage.
