My son purchased a "custom built" enclosed trailer. Asked for an extended 60” tongue to hold a generator & when he got the trailer the tongue reaches 32” from the center or the vnose & 44” from the side tube going to the coupler. Nothing close to 60” but they continue to claim that is their 60” extended tongue for generator mounting. Not to mention they completely left out a window that he paid for. How is this even okay?? I had a great experience with this trailer dealership. Misty was awesome to work with—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. The trailer itself is clearly higher-than-average quality compared to others I’ve seen, and everything was exactly as represented.
