Extremely rude. Was referred to them through the home warranty service. Since he was unable to verify when he would be able to come out to fix my dryer, the home warranty service found a different company. When he found this out, he then proceeded to call me back and verbally abuse and harass me over the phone. He even began lecturing me that "patience is a virtue", etc etc. I am glad we found a different company to work with as I would hate to give them any of my money!
