When my child first started at Circle City, she was completely nonverbal And very antisocial and had a hard time in social settings and she showed a lot of of aggressive behavior and was not potty trained no matter what I did. Since attending this wonderful Facility she is thriving almost a year later and is Now talking and is very social and it’s like a lot of her behaviors have just disappeared And we are almost complete with potty training . Wish April was still working here. They only worried about the money wise. Dont really care about anything else. The new lady does speak and will have your child discharged just because you can’t bring your child . Almost had my child diacharged just because he was out for two weeks of him being out for two major surgery’s. Since Ms.April left it not welcoming anymore. WE WANT MS.APRIL BACK ASAP
This facility us very unprofessional i adoped three boys with autism and needed aba for them.i did all the paperwork for three kids and never got a call,no updates or anything so i kept calling and going by there no one never knew anything,finally i get a call saying there short of staff and i should look for help else where smh really after 8months of waiting lol its fine though cause i found another place thats going to treat my kids right!!
Wouldn’t recommend. The director of operations has no professionalism, gossips, & keep no consistency for client. The manger & BCBA’s lies. I wouldn’t trust a child in the hands of liars. Go at your own risk.
