One of the worst service departments I've dealt with. Horrible communication and never able to get on the phone.
Everyone was very responsive and the work was done to my satisfaction. I feel the prices are not competitive and I’m being taken advantage of because there are few options to get the service for my car.
Ive Been a customer of Circle chevy for approx 29 years, as a matter of fact my first work truck was purchased there. I can honestly say that from day one they have always been very professional and super kind , Its perhaps one of the reasons why they are always busy. The prices that they quote are always reasonable, and there are never hidden fees. Which i find important ,because no one likes those kinds of surprizes.
