Solid customer service
I would not recommend this location. Customer service should be a priority, but the staff I interacted with were unfriendly and difficult to reach. I’ve also never encountered so many voicemail boxes when trying to speak to a live person. My SUV needed to stay for several days due to a back-ordered part, which I completely understand. However, when I asked my advisor about obtaining a loaner vehicle, I was transferred to voicemail. The reason I came back to Circle is because of Andrew Feldman. I met him quite sometime ago at circle and I never forget how kind he was to me. I don’t live nearby anymore, but you don’t forget the way someone treats you. He was absolutely wonderful helping me pick out my new car. He is such a gentleman and an excellent salesman. You are lucky to have him.
