Amazing place so close to everything! Customer service was great. They responded within minutes of my inquiry and were able to book a showing same day, other places take a week and weren’t too friendly. Owner was the one to call me and show me around, super friendly and warming. Being born and raised in Long Beach he genuinely cares for the tenants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and easy process when it comes to professional leasing experience.
I lived at The Gatsby in downtown Long Beach for many years. The owners were great and they are Long Beach locals. A super great feature is that their properties are pet friendly which made all the difference. I had zero complaints the whole time I lived there and I would definitely recommend any of their locations. The only reason I left is because I bought a house .
1/8/26: STILL NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. MASSIVE ROACH INFESTATION AND NO RETURNED SECURITY DEPOSIT!! I lived at 527 W 3rd St. Apt 210 for a year, the infestation started getting bad about 6 months in. We did the sprays and the exits, I kept it as clean as possible which also meant limiting food available for me - I'm vegan and like fresh produce but you can't leave fruit or potatoes or onions or ANYTHING out in that place if you want to eat it. I would find them in and near my animals' food bowls. I even found them in my damn $20... read more
