Had to move out because of the biohazard of cockroaches… Also never got our security deposit back, we called a million times and they wouldn’t answer or told us we can’t have it back. We called for maintenance and called circle capital so many times about the cockroaches and they never did anything about it and like I said, it was a biohazard. We felt so incredibly unsafe and disgusted with this property and the property management!!!

I lived at the gatsby in DT Longbeach and loved the old building. They always kept the building true to the style, mngmt was easy to deal with and quick to respond.

Amazing place so close to everything! Customer service was great. They responded within minutes of my inquiry and were able to book a showing same day, other places take a week and weren’t too friendly. Owner was the one to call me and show me around, super friendly and warming. Being born and raised in Long Beach he genuinely cares for the tenants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and easy process when it comes to professional leasing experience.

I lived at The Gatsby in downtown Long Beach for many years. The owners were great and they are Long Beach locals. A super great feature is that their properties are pet friendly which made all the difference. I had zero complaints the whole time I lived there and I would definitely recommend any of their locations. The only reason I left is because I bought a house .
