Made a reservation for a uhaul on Tuesday the 14th. My reservation was at 11. I got there around 10:15 as the website said they open at 10. It was not open. 1030 nope. 1045 nope. Called customer service said they open at 1030 ok benefit of the doubt. 11. No one. Called customer service got transferred to another location. Thanks guys!
Today was the third time renting a uhaul trailer from Here and had a great experience as usual, they were courteous and quick , took 15 minutes from start to finish l, highly recommended this place
