Moved in my home in February of 2025 and the move in process was extremely welcoming, thanks Javier. Since moving in we've had a few issues with the home AC UNIT and STOVE both were replaced in a timely manner thanks Laura for your assistance with facilitating the repairs and replacements. I am a realtor broker, I’m also a tentant of circle C management. Being in the business, I didn’t expect special treatment, and I did not receive any. I did expect basic services, A habitable property that I am paying rent for with maintenance compliance. Which I have had to repetitively reported, to try to get things taken care of. My property is very well kept, and very clean now. When I moved in there was an inch of dust on everything, the owner came back in and cleaned after I got my keys, but did a terrible job. My family has worked with Circle C for a few years and they have always taken good care of us. I appreciate that they answer for repairs late when theres an emergency and someone comes quickly to fix things
