I am a realtor broker, I’m also a tentant of circle C management. Being in the business, I didn’t expect special treatment, and I did not receive any. I did expect basic services, A habitable property that I am paying rent for with maintenance compliance. Which I have had to repetitively reported, to try to get things taken care of. Javier with Circle C Properties has been exceptional since the day I moved in. Any time I've ever had an issue, even if it's minor, he has resolved it. He goes above and beyond to make my renting experience as comfortable as possible.
Rented a property for 15 months and had several issues. I have several complaints but my main complaint is that Circle C most likely knew this particular home had electrical issues prior to leasing. The Home we were renting had an ongoing electrical issue that we reported from the jump. The kitchen island plugs didn't work. The master bathroom sockets had shortages. Most upsetting the connection in the wash room didn't work properly and my family & I were inconvenienced for the entire time and had to utilize a local laundr... read more
