Moved in my home in February of 2025 and the move in process was extremely welcoming, thanks Javier. Since moving in we've had a few issues with the home AC UNIT and STOVE both were replaced in a timely manner thanks Laura for your assistance with facilitating the repairs and replacements. I am a realtor broker, I’m also a tentant of circle C management. Being in the business, I didn’t expect special treatment, and I did not receive any. I did expect basic services, A habitable property that I am paying rent for with maintenance compliance. Which I have had to repetitively reported, to try to get things taken care of. My property is very well kept, and very clean now. When I moved in there was an inch of dust on everything, the owner came back in and cleaned after I got my keys, but did a terrible job. Javier with Circle C Properties has been exceptional since the day I moved in. Any time I've ever had an issue, even if it's minor, he has resolved it. He goes above and beyond to make my renting experience as comfortable as possible.
Rented a property for 15 months and had several issues. I have several complaints but my main complaint is that Circle C most likely knew this particular home had electrical issues prior to leasing. The Home we were renting had an ongoing electrical issue that we reported from the jump. The kitchen island plugs didn't work. The master bathroom sockets had shortages.
