My husband William and I had a wonderful experience at Circle BMW earlier this month with JUSTIN PASTORE when we decided to lease a new car. Car shopping can sometimes feel overwheming, but Justin completely changed that for us! He was friendly, attentative, honest and genuinely seem to care about helping us find the best vehicle and deal! We arrived at the dealer early on a Friday and were done within an hour! Justin made this process simple and enjoyable. We couldn't have been happier with the experience.

I live in Middlesex County. I flatly refuse to take my 2018 X3 to my local dealer (where, ironically, I bought the car) for service. Every aspect of the service experience with my local dealer was, at least for me, problematic. Circle, though, does literally everything right in servicing my car, and has repeatedly.
