I am very upset on how Porsche Dealers and Porsche USA operates. They take advantage of women at the point of sale and after the deal is closed, they move on, uncaring about what may develop. A very 'high end' car should require a higher level of concern and responsibility. Case in point is that Porsche mechanics did not use the proper procedures to diagnose my car sensor issue. The new client had a complaint about their Airbag light being on. We found an airbag sensor harness that was damaged. We contacted the customer with an estimate and a picture of the damaged harness. The customer declined repairs of this safety item. There was no charge to the customer to diagnose their concern. Circle Porsche cannot answer for concerns for Porsche Cars North America.
