I just had my roof replaced by Circle A Consulting. Excellent experience. Michael, the owner was extremely professional and patient with me. Every text and/or call was returned in a timely manner. He and his team were also very pleasant to work with. The estimate was rock solid; no last minute changes or supplements. Michael also worked with me to deal with my HOA. Unfortunately, my experience with Circle A Consulting LLC was disappointing. The communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the completion of my project. Along the way I noticed several issues, including broken or torn shingles, broken siding and debris left behind. Despite reaching out for a fix, the owner and the project manager were rude and argumentative. I expected better quality and professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I had a Euroshield roof installed by Matthew Naylor and Michael Autwell after a recommendation from Susan Kittrell the Euroshield shingle rep. There were multiple issues during the installation and I was feeling the work they were performing was not being done properly and to manufacturer’s specifications.
