I had my treatment done at Circle 32 Dental in September, and the front office experience has been extremely frustrating. Our insurance company requested additional information, and for months we’ve only been told, “we are working on it,” with no real updates. We constantly have to call for follow-ups, and even then, there is no clear response. Calls have been abruptly disconnected, and whenever we ask to speak with Rona, we are told she is busy. 15/10 the best dentist experience I've had. Each professional has amazing bedside manner. I also appreciate they are open on weekends, so I do not have to use PTO for an appointment. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel comfortable!
Dr. Saeed and the team were wonderful to work with and the weekend hours are a game changer! I was avoiding a root canal but the pain become absolutely unbearable in the middle of a Sunday morning. Thank goodness circle 32 was open and able to take care of me. I'm all fixed up now and very grateful
