5 Stars for Circe and their Welcoming and efficient staff. I did not feel rushed at all during the extensive intake. Dr. Jones-Poland has a kind and caring manner. Truly one of the best experiences I have had in a medical setting. I highly recommend.
The office personnel were great. They greeted me with enthusiasm and courtesy. The nurse assistant was well spoken and very polite. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He treated me with respect and kindness. The nurse practitioner, Kelly was knowledgeable and helpful. She was understanding and caring as we went through several of my issues. I’ve been to a lot of doctors. I have to say my first experience here was amazing. As a business consultant I find customer service has eroded for many firms but not this one! From the moment I arrived I was treated so well I was amazed at the entire experience.
Even on a tele call so inciteful after one or two times Dr Edith Poland quick to read where a client is coming from even if you had her advice after 70 + yrs of age. Always listening. Not afraid to look at your face. Had specialists and general practitioners not paying attention. Should clone her novel prize worthy for her expertise from below Palm Springs to hi Desert areas per college's like Dr. Demiany.
What a great experience I had at this office! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Kelly McGill, the physician I saw, was knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She addressed my concerns clearly and I felt like she really cared. I appreciated how smoothly everything went- I was in and out in no time, without feeling rushed. It's rare to find such a well-run office with great care. Highly recommend!
