As always the staff is great. Friendly, attentive and very helpful. Dr. Jones as always listening to my concerns and addressing them. Explaining every thing in detail, making sure I understand. Very satisfied with my visit. I am in good hands.
5 Stars for Circe and their Welcoming and efficient staff. I did not feel rushed at all during the extensive intake. Dr. Jones-Poland has a kind and caring manner. Truly one of the best experiences I have had in a medical setting. I highly recommend.
The office personnel were great. They greeted me with enthusiasm and courtesy. The nurse assistant was well spoken and very polite. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He treated me with respect and kindness. The nurse practitioner, Kelly was knowledgeable and helpful. She was understanding and caring as we went through several of my issues. My wife and I both had a good experience seeking new primary care while living half-time in Palm Desert The Dr attended thoroughly to our concerns -Giving us practical medical advice helpful in planning. The staff were wonderfully sweet and showed real interest and care.
Dr. Edith Jones-Poland is so amazing. She is compassionate and knowledgeable about many different disciplines. I felt She cares about all of me, mental as well as physical. She's competent educated and continues to learn. Her energy is impressive. I'm happy to have found this level of support for my health.
