The office staff is welcoming and very professional. Paperwork to fill out is thoroughly explained so there was a complete understanding on my part. The staff is friendly and caring. As a new patient I felt as if they truly cared and not just another patient. :)
I always have a great experience with Dr. JP. She’s very compassionate, understanding. Takes her time to listen to all the questions I have when I have them. I never feel I’m being rushed through the practice or anything of the sort. It’s always a positive interaction with everyone here when I come in.
I’ve been coming here for a little over two years now, and always had a great experience. The staff here is very helpful, everyone is always so kind. Scheduling my appointments when I feel the need to be seen is never a problem. I’d highly recommend this location to others.
Office staff is very friendly and courteous. Waiting time is minimal. P.A. went over all test results, made recommendations and answered all questions. I'm very happy being a client here.
We’ve experienced a lot of staff turn over and the NP model of care and possibly the managed care aspect of DOHC is not very appealing, holistic or patient centered. When requesting blood work I was denied as NP stated “if we don’t treat we don’t test”. The request for hormone and nutrient levels goes beyond their scope apparently. No confidence in a provider that doesn’t support my approach to my whole person health needs.
