What a great experience I had at this office! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Kelly McGill, the physician I saw, was knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She addressed my concerns clearly and I felt like she really cared. I appreciated how smoothly everything went- I was in and out in no time, without feeling rushed. It's rare to find such a well-run office with great care. Highly recommend!
Dr. Edith Jones-Poland is so amazing. She is compassionate and knowledgeable about many different disciplines. I felt She cares about all of me, mental as well as physical. She's competent educated and continues to learn. Her energy is impressive. I'm happy to have found this level of support for my health.
Staff were nice. Kelly NP was the dullest person I’ve met in my life. Showed zero interest in my appointment. Generic answers to my questions. Not to mention they called in a medication to my online pharmacy that ships out ASAP and I never requested this as it’s OTC, I was charged way too much money for it and the hospital manager wants to blame my pharmacy when that OTC medication was never in my pharmacy records. It’s great to feel like you’re taking up her time and she’s not even listening to you.
The all-female team of physicians truly listened to all of my concerns and, based on that, ordered a mammogram — even though I’m not yet in the typical screening age. That led to the discovery of a breast fibroid I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. They blend expert care with a holistic, integrative approach that made me feel fully supported. I’m so grateful for their thoughtful, proactive care!
Dr Edith Jones-Poland is a professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely fantastic physician. She is very thorough and truly cares for her patients and my husband, sister and I highly recommend her. Dr JP is timely in seeing her patients and provides sufficient time along with supplemental information for patients to access to help them navigate health care needs and concerns.
