I’ve lived at Circa for almost 3 years now and I love it! You can’t beat the location, but the best part are the people. I have two pups who seem to know everyone in the building, even more than me lol, and they love going for walks to see all their friends. The night concierge Hutch is the absolute best. Not only does he go out of his way to greet the residents when they are arriving home after a long day of work, he also add that extra touch by always asking how you are doing and if he can do anything for you. I highly recommend him!
I am an area dog walker. I am in and out of numerous apartment communities daily. I have to say that Circa Uptown has the BEST concierges! Thomas and Hutch are amazing! Circa is an amazing community. I’m going on my 3rd year living here and it’s been great. The location is second to none with walking distance to everything. Having lived uptown for 6 years at other locations I would say The staff and amenities here are by far the most friendly and on the top tier. Highly recommend living here.
If you are a light sleeper, Circus Apartment is not the ideal place. I am a resident here since April 2018, and I have been unable to sleep due to an upstairs neighborhood being extremely rude and disrespectful to his surrounding neighbors. From midnight to 4am, he leaves his TV on, moves furniture, stomps instead of walking, dropping heavy items on the floor, etc.., management had been advised of the situation but they have done little to no action regarding this issue.
