Horrible experience on selling my house with agent goes by the name PARISSA very manipulative . I spontaneously and blindly did accept and sign her offer and after we agreed on few terms over the phone . Turns out whe wrote me contract differently. 1. Owner to make no repair and still she sent me request to repair and which I did do despite the agreement. 2. We’d give 6 stars if Google let us: Circa Properties is the best decision we made in the whole process of buying and selling our St. Louis home. We got help from both Christopher and Nathan, both of whom are extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Very quickly we knew we could trust them completely, and we are glad we did: We had great success with them. They REALLY know St. Louis homes, inside and out, and they shepherd their clients through the buying/selling process effortlessly. They’ve set a high bar!
The team at Circa is incredible to work with! They helped us find our home 5 years ago and then helped us sell it this past summer. Every interaction has been professional, timely, and insightful.
