I was sent the wrong items. These were not inexpensive items. I’ve contacted the store multiple times to see about an exchange with no response. Not a happy customer.
It was great! The shipping and customer service is great!!! Would definitely shop there again!
We ordered a desk chair at a greatly reduced price, and absolutely love it. It is exactly as shown, is super comfortable, and the price was significantly less than shown at other sites. We are delighted with the chair, and the service. We were also consistely kept informed of the date and time of delivery. Every question was answered in a timely way. A great experience.
Light fixtures are fine, but ended up not working in my space. I did not realize I would be unable to return them - I didn’t even open one of them and just opened the other to check sizing in the space. Will never purchase from this company again given their poor return policy.
