The Dr. at this vet is so sweet. She really loves the animals and gives her full attention to the owner and pet. I never feel rushed and she is easy going and understanding. The facility smells musty and is outdated, but I still bring my Dog here when she needs a vet visit.
We have used this veterinary clinic for all three of our pets. They are reasonably priced and consistent in the quality of service. I love love love the hairless clinic cats.
Would recommend My experience here was very pleasant. Customer Service was great, very friendly, and I didn't feel they were trying to get extra money out of me at all. I write that because of some of the reviews I read on this website. I also noticed the bad reviews had no names by them. So, take that for what it's worth. I enjoyed my experience. I would recommend Dr. Case and staff. :)
DON'T LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS I have been going to this veterinarian for over ten years on and off. I have six dogs and have been happy enough. A lot of businesspeople are cut-throat and slam competitors anonymously on these reviews. Anyone who writes a bad review and does not include real contact information is a coward and un-American. If your review is real, you need to stand behind harming someone else's business with your real name and telephone number.
Best Clinic for the animals I have read the reviews for this clinic. I am disturbed at how they could be slandered so badly. I was referred to this clinic through Happy Tails when my cat fell into a cactus and almost lost his eye. Thanks to the doctor- everything turned out okay. I also rescued a siamese kitten (four weeks old) from living under a car, after her mother was run over by a car- again went to see Dr. Case and again the problem was taken care of. FILTHY AND RUDE!!! Awful!!! Today was my first time going to Cirby Sunrise. The my first impressions were not good. The place was FILTHY! My dog was having a hard time controlling himself because they had cats laying all around!!! I decided to push through it and when I got to see the vet I was blown away by how RUDE she was! Cirby Sunrise Veterinary has horrible customer service! I made an appointment to get my dog's 1 year rabies vaccination she asked if I wanted an exam also (being tight on funds I wasn't sure and told her that , but she said I could choose against it and just get the shot.) When I got there the girl said "it is our policy that vaccinations are such and such days and he has not been seen with us for an exam..." Cirby Sunrise Veterinary is the best I found this Veterinary Clinic through someone that took their animals there. This clinic is absolutely there for the animals. You will NEVER be ripped off, they are always nothing but reasonable and fair. I have been to other Clinics in prior years and one of them also had their cats in the reception and office areas. Their cats are MANY times used as blood donors, so before people get rude about the cats being present they might want to ask why they are out. Really I don't understand wh... read more
yes very rude yes i agree with the others when saying that the people in this office are very rude, & when i took my dog in there (who doesn't like cats) ( cause they have 4 laying all over the place) they were totally rude. i felt like me & my dog weren't welcome there, the staff, the Dr & even the cats were rude rude rude!!!!
