They dropped us as a patient when we needed it most. All I was asking for was an explanation why we needed an echo when we had an xray. Apparently seeking to understand is unacceptable. Our 12yr old dog with a stage 4 murmur that has been stable for 7yrs started experiencing some breathing issues. When I called Cirby Ridge said she was likely going into heart failure and to go to a pet hospital.
