Very good experience. Very knowledgeable doctor.
I think Dr. Welvaert is an excellent physician. She's my PCP for over a year now and is very kind, professional and caring. Everyone in the office is very pleasant with only 1 exception. The young lady who draws blood is not on par with all the other staff and health care professionals. Convivial had issues when they took over but I've seen improvement in the last 6 months.
Dr. Cira Welvaert is a good Doctor, but the Company She works for seems to put profit ahead of care. For example, her referral for physical therapy was for a location that is about 30 minutes away from my home on South Beach. I had to call in to get the referral switched to a location that's 5 minutes from my home. On another occasion, I needed to meet her to modify a referral shortly after we had just met. This is the first time I have ever complained against a doctor if this woman can even be called a doctor. Unfortunately, the circumstances called for it. My mom has seen this doctor on various occasions. This doctor always has her back to the patients, only says three words to them, and then ends the visit with no medication or proper attention. La semana pasada mi abuelo tuvo una consulta con la doctora Cira y no le prestó atención en ningún momento. Lo ignoró totalmente. En dos ocasiones anteriores ocurrió igual, mi abuelo tuvo que irse a otra clínica debido al maltrato y mala atención de esta Dra. Los comentarios que he leido son negativos. Evidentemente está Sra debe retirarse del ejercicio profesional de la medicina, no está apta para atender a personas enfermas y menos a los ancianos.
