We were a forced customer through a real estate transaction. We were left with multiple issues after their work was completed: 1. Didn’t clean floors from their workers. Had to return to clean. 2. Clogged a basement pipe with dirt. Had to be snaked because it was causing basement flooding. 3. Used our tools and stole our broom. Never saw it again. 4. Worker stepped or put pressure on ceiling drywall causing a sizable crack. Had to return to repair drywall. This one almost delayed our closing.
Cira & Associates did an amazing job on our crawlspace, they answered all our questions promptly. We recommend them for any mold remediation projects!
Poor experience with this company, took longer than they said they would, damaged the plasterboard while moving things and did a poor job repairing the hole, and worst of all, entered our house using the realtor code while the homeowner was asleep upstairs. The were told the homeowner was staying in the house but entered without knocking while owner was asleep upstairs at 8 am without notice or an appointment. This is never OK.
Cira and Associates performed mold remediation (attic and crawlspace), installed a sump pump, and sealed the crawlspace at my residence. I am beyond impressed with the quality, timeliness of work, personal touch as far as educating me on the process, and constant communication on status.
