I could not recommend Peter Ng and CIR Realty highly enough when it comes to trying to sell your Calgary condo. He specializes in downtown condos and there is probably noone else as experienced as him in this area. I set up interviews with several realtors throughout the city, but Peter easily stood out. He was punctual, professional, and willing to listen to what we wanted instead of just thinking about how much money they thought they could make off the sale. We worked with Peter to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. Peter is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Peter made it as painless and straightforward as possible.

Peter Ng is incredible! As a first time home buyer, I had about a billion questions and he answered them all without breaking a sweat! He was super flexible and made buying my first condo really easy and relaxing. I have a packed schedule, so it was nice to find a real estate agent in Calgary who could schedule showings around my schedule and maximize the time we spent looking at listings.
