Be more transparent, please. I needed a screen replacement on my iPhone 16 pro. I had never done screen replacements on phones so I didn’t know better and figured a repair shop was my best option. so quick and easy! irvine location was friendly and so helpful. fixed my phone in less than an hour the day before i was leaving on our honeymoon!
I brought my phone to have the battery replaced, and they ended up damaging something to where it was no longer functional and stuck in a boot loop. When I brought this to their attention, they called me a liar, accused me of damaging the phone, and refused to accept responsibility for their own negligence.If you don’t have a simple repair, then avoid this place at all costs. They did a high quality job on a Samsung S20, but more importantly, they have great customer service. They were on the repair very quickly, but then found out the new screen was for the import version once they started putting it together. They offered to put the phone together while they waited until the next day for the correct part, but I didn't want them to waste their time putting it together and taking it apart again.
