I want to recognize Charlie for his excellent service and experience. My iPad Mini 6 stopped charging, so I took it to CIR for diagnosis and repair. Charlie took the time to explain and diagnose the problem thoroughly. We decided not to proceed with the repair because the required work was too extensive. Great phone repair, quick and easy
Their OEM screen replacement for my iPhone 15 Pro Max was defective. When I returned for a warranty replacement, Ryan, the manager, told me that because they didn't have the part in stock, I would need to pay extra for them to "procure an equivalent part," or they would remove the defective screen altogether. He made no real attempt to honor the warranty or fulfill the original agreement.
