Easy to Dismiss Cipriani as both showy and cliquey, but get used to it and you'll find one of the best tables in town. Great Italian food with attentive, responsive and tactful (discreet) service.

Stay clear - appalling experience - I came here for drinks with work colleagues, I must say that the experience was a complete nightmare. The staff at this location are appalling, they’re rude & have bad attitudes. I would rather spend my money at a different bar with staff who are friendly. the food is terrible – Harrys seems to have stayed in business because of tourists who don't know any better and a following of the UES senior citizens. The food and service are terrible and it VERY overpriced.

Excellent! (Provided someone else is paying.) – We visited in December. First off, the waiters were extremely personable and helpful. go for it! – my husband and i found our waiter to be friendly, the food fresh, tasty, and very simply presented. Consistently Hot Crowd - Great to Impress – My wife and I love this place. Absolutely great people watching and despite some other reviews the food was great. I had a reservation (thanks to a friend) but yet my wait was still quite long (which is why it got four stars instead of five). Another great New York Experience.
