I called for an estimate and they insisted on giving the estimate over the phone rather than in-person. Since they had great reviews I shrugged it off and agreed to the estimate and told them that I would like to use them to do my floors. He initially agreed to do them on May28th. I agreed then got an email that he was booked for the next few months and not available.
