Unfortunately the alterations that were discussed at the time of purchase for a grad dress were later refused. This left us in the difficult position of having to complete the alterations ourselves just weeks before graduation. We were already somewhat skeptical after the initial visit, as the owner casually shared personal matters that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Trying to support local but will Probably never goto this shop again.
Tiz the owner is extremely unprofessional she kept commenting on our weight and kept trying to force weight loss coffee on us when we went in there for dresses. For someone whos a bigger lady herself she should be trying to uplift people with regular bodies. Lots of the dresses that were in there was out of style and or damaged. She has no sense of personal space she kept trying to undo bras without saying anything on young teenagers. Very troubling expirence will be travelling out of town from now on. I had a terrible experience with this business. From the owner ranting about a personal issue to being mislead in pricing. But it took the cake when I witnessed the owner fat shaming a pregnant bride to be. She also had my sons grad suit under an order for a wedding a months date past his grad. He wouldn't have even gotten it if I hadn't checked back. Very unprofessional and disappointing for something that is suppose to be exciting.
You did a terrible job on hemming my dress and the entire time I was in there you were harassing me about not shopping local. I’m never buying anything from this store or letting her alter anything again. I will continue to go out of town. I hate my dress now. I wish I never let her touch it. Terrible experience and the owner has no sense of personal space and is very rude. Also she’s just crazy. Now I have to take my dress somewhere else to get it fixed
