My son and I have been a patients of Dr Cipolla's for over 20 years. I drive many miles to see him. My son and I have asthma. He knows exactly what meds we need. His plan of treatment keeps us well. I know I can count on Dr Cipolla for great medical care. He's the best.
He won't start with narcotics and can see true issues vs normal aging. Thank God.

Many times it is impossible to get through to the office. You either get the answering service or simply a recording telling you they are busy and call back later. It is VERY apparent there is/has been a front office problem with this practice. It all seems to be $$$$ related. Office staff frequently changes and appears to be disgruntled. The Dr seems to be in full control of the office and relinquishes little responsibility to staff. There is obvious tension between employees.
Not engaged. Self-absorbed. Rude.
Him and his staff is shockingly RUDE. Something that I've NEVER seen, experienced or would have ever thought would be at a Doctors office.
