This place is an absolute joke, in that, their “customer service” is an utter disgrace. They deny responsibility when required to warranty defective items, even when it’s a safety issue. And, there is no means of escalating your claim to corporate. In fact, they’re some of the most incompetent and disrespectful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do not buy anything from this company. They sold me harnesses that do not work. They do not return phone calls or emails. They are the single worst company I have ever dealt with. At least the phone company answers your calls. Buyer beware!!
I bought harnesses and a harness bar the harnesses were good and nice products the shipping time was good and the packaging was also good, now the harness bar is a different story with the time it took to fix wrong things on it we probably could’ve made our own for cheaper and probably should have the way it came out all of the holes needed rethreaded and the holes that some what worked were full of paint the bolts were made of a soft metal and were stripped easily it just made a 45 to an hour job a 3-4 hour job but now with... read more
