Great food and quiet ambience make this one of our favorite restaurants. They have a great wine selection as well as good cocktails. We've never been disappointed. The servers are curtious and well trained.
We were wine tasting and someone recommended this place to us. We tryed it and I'm in love.. Everything is great. So far the best place to eat in SLO

We stayed for 3 hours and had the time of our lives on a Saturday night for dinner. Our server, Molly, was great company, made wonderful suggestions and clearly loves her job. We will make this a regular date spot. Great food, wine, and service.

Wow! As first timers we felt lucky to have experienced this amazing spot. Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon Ciopinots. Couldn't resist and went for half shells, Wagyu flat iron's, and Aussie tails. Just amazing all the way around from the decor/space/ambiance to service to cocktails( oyster martini) to the meat and tails. So much flavor and a real med rare on my juicy tastebud exploding flatiron. This place is worth moving to SLO for :-)
