After being in a car accident at end of July and being in a sort of rush to find and buy a car i went to ciocca to get one hoping they could help since I have a horrible credit score. Overall, a phenomenal experience! Many shout outs to Brad, finance manager, for his person centered approach to ensuring I received the best deal. First car driven ended up not meeting my expectations for a newer used vehicle, so with Brad's help, along with Nate and Ty, I ended up driving home with a 2025 brand new Volkswagon Tiguan- which I am in awe with! Got our Tiguan in for repair covered under warranty on Wednesday. Was told that the piece needed ordered and would be in and repaired Friday but that they didn’t “do” loaners despite being a dealership with cars on the lot and with any other dealerships we have used always having a loaner provided. This warranty piece has now increased to a $300 expense for the rental car. We live almost 2 hours away so to coordinate all this has been a nightmare.
