I contacted them about a car they had in their York location. They said they would get it to their state college location for me to look at on Monday at 1pm. I then contacted them again to put a deposit on the vehicle to be sure it would be there. They informed me they don't take deposits on used cars. First time I heard a dealership doing this as I have always been able to put deposits down. Contacted them over the next 3 days to be sure it would be showing up because i needed to get childcare. My fiance and I took our 2013 Volkswagen here to fix a broken clock spring. They fixed it however in the process they reconnected the wires on our steering wheel incorrectly and we lost all function on the steering wheel. When we contacted them about it they said this must be a coincidence and tried to charge us even more (to fix a mistake THEY made).
