If i can give zero stars i would. Do not get your cars from Ciocca Volkswagen of Allentown. They are literally the worst. When we got the car from them we never got our registration in the mail. The sales man luis lied about oil changes being included (we went for one an had to pay). Now leading today we take my car to be fixed . WE PAY EXTRA FOR WARRANTY. The lady on the phone tells us hey yes its covered. To now telling us no its not covered you have to pay 1600 . They had my car since 10am its now 3 almost 4 and my car is... read more
Bought our new Tiguan here and had an awesome experience. I came in after work, pretty close to closing, but never once felt rushed. Eli was our salesman, super friendly, took his time showing me all the features, and made us feel really good about the purchase. Far beyond being closed, he and a couple of the other team members worked hard to get my old license plate off (it was basically welded on with bald screws) without a single complaint. Just bought a 2025 Atlas R-Line and really am enjoying the vehicle. Ciocca was a great buying experience. Josh found the exact vehicle that I wanted. Montana was my sales rep and super nice guy. Nick and Peter in finance were both funny and helpful. Third time buying from a Ciocca dealership and there is a reason I always go back. Thanks for all the help guys! -Dan
