Horrible!!! They overcharge for everything compared to other repair shops. Their customer service is very middling, and god forbid you want to call their repair shop with a question. You'll call a million times, and they'll completely ignore you. I thought the convenience of a nice waiting room and weekend availability would be worth it. It is not. Go somewhere else to get your car serviced.
Had the best experience with this location. Worked with Evan Packed and Nick Bono. Evan is a walking human ChatGPT. He’s incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, professional and personal. Brought my car in for a tire replacement and Stephen was kind enough to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday morning. He took the time to go over each step in the process, my warranties, and was overall very informative. I highly recommended going to Stephen and Ciocca Hyundai’s Service Team!!
